GCL are delighted to have been awarded the £3.9M project to refurbish and re model the Southern Arches along Harrow Manor Way for Thamesmead Trust. The new development will be know as "The Link" and will provide valuable facilities for the local community. Works commence on October 18th 2010 and will be complete next Autumn.

Grehan Contractors Ltd have been appointed by Fruition Properies to construct a residential development in Kenton, London. Works are due to commence in April 2010 after the completion of intensive design development with the Clients profesional team. The project is valued at £1.4m and will be constructed in 43 calendar weeks
